Meet Rod


Rod has had a remarkable three-decade career as a leader in education, serving as both a teacher and a principal. He currently leads Thinkers.inq, an early childhood school dedicated to pioneering 21st-century teaching and learning approaches through transformative play and well-being activities. 

 

Rod serves as the primary investigator for The Playing with Gratitude Research Project, a wellness initiative that benefits approximately 3500 Australian children, families, and educators in addition to his role as the principal adviser at Thinkers.inq Consulting.  Rod is also a co-founder of Personhood360, an online platform designed to capture, measure and celebrate wellbeing in children. He is a recognised author, sought-after speaker, and passionate leadership coach in addition to his leadership roles, providing considerable insight to the educational scene.
